Set 1 (5 minutes)
Squat
Squat + Curl
Squat + Curl + Press
Jumping Jacks 1 minute. Repeat Set 1.
Set 2 (4 minutes)
Lunge pass through with Kettlebell
Bent over 1- Arm Row
High Knees 1 minute. Repeat Set 2.
Set 3 (4 minutes)
Tricep Extensions
Deadlifts
Kettlebell Swings 1 minute. Repeat Set 3.
Cool down 2 minutes
