Finish 2018 STRONG

We are into the last quarter of the year.  I feel like the year has flown by!  I still have things I want to accomplish this year and have made some laser focus goals on a few things because not only do I want to finish 2018 strong, I want to hit the ground running in 2019.  Goal setting is so important in order to be successful! Sausage & Hash Brown Mini-Frittatas

This recipe has been in my family for a long time.  My sister Jennifer first introduced it to us years ago and it has continued to be a go to breakfast.  It is not dairy-free.  It is not carb-free.  I cook for 2 very hungry growing boys (ages 7 & 10) and carb free isn't a part of our language.  You can however make it gluten-free (my sister has Celiac and this is one of her go to breakfast recipes that the entire family can enjoy)!  I encourage you to double or triple the recipe because these are not only

The list could go on & on! Summer is pure joy! In addition to all that is listed above,
