It is our responsibility as parents to teach our kids to take care of their bodies. This program was designed for kids ages 8-12. We will run, jump, lift, twist and bend in challenging bootcamp style workouts. Additionally, we will talk about proper form, the importance of water and a healthy eating.
Each class will focus on 4 components…
