Join my 6-week “Get Healthy for Summer” Challenge

I love making a difference in the lives of others! I am launching a 6-week Get Healthy for Summer Challenge & I would love to work with you!

I have been working with Erin for over a year in group fitness classes and private TRX sessions.  Recently she shared this with me:

I am excited to offer this challenge to provide encouragement, accountability and help you get results!  You will workout in my private in-home studio with 2-3 other women, in a circuit training, interval style of workout.  Every workout will include strength, cardio and flexibility training.

The program will consist of the following:
* The program runs May 21 – June 29
* You must commit to working out with me 3 times/week – You can choose your times – Mon, Wed & Fri at 5-5:45 AM; 6-6:45 AM or 7-7:45 AM. Only 4 people allowed/time slot ensuring you get 1 on 1 attention.
* You will get a whole foods weekly meal plan & grocery list.
* Accountability & encouragement
* Weigh-in & measurements at start & finish
